As far as some of us know, Empathy needs a conscious mind to work at its peak.

After all, you can’t expect people to not take advantage of you by being too submissive in order to help them.

When you think about how the knowledge of empathy relates with our mental health, you’d understand how it’s like a natural super power. 

Usually people would say that you’re gifted or are one of the rare ones having natural empathy. It’s already becoming too apparent that our common narcissists try too hard to show superiority by thinking they are empaths when in reality, it’s a whole different game.

For one thing, our typical empath mostly doesn’t admit that they are an empath. In fact, if you think about it, real nice people aren’t so focused on showing the world that they are nice. 

The hard pill that must be accepted is that it’s better to only convince if you are a good person. Especially to the ones that care for you. 

It’s no rocket science if you try to put your feet into other people’s shoes.

Ultimately, being a true empath is an honor and doesn’t necessarily require a badge nor any sort of a label for that matter. In reality, your actions and intentions drive your sense of natural empathy.
